Holiday trip

Well, yes, it’s long enough in Japan.
You might know but actually it’s long holiday in Japan.
Getting holiday is very difficult in Japan.
Few weeks holiday? It’s impossible!
It’s like a slave country.

“So where do you want to go, mom?”
“I wanna go to Europe”

Europe~!?!?
…actually, last month, my brother Toshiharu went to Italy for his first trip in his life.
I made his plan and arranged everything for him.
It was just 1 week though.

Mom wanna go to Europe like his son~!?!?
No, can’t!! Because this days is like a national holiday in Japan, so the flight ticket must be very expensive!!
And too hot in Europe now!!
I don’t wanna buy expensive ticket just for few days in Europe!!

Why don’t you chose near place?
So how much your budget?

“Well…cheaper is better…”

I knew she didn’t think anything.
She just have been to Hong Kong and Singapore by company tour long years ago.
She depends on me as I always go to travel with small money.

Ok mom~, let me think about that.

I looked for some flight ticket and called to about 10 ticket agency.
The price, cheapest one was 140000yen(About 1800USD).

No, impossible impossible!!!（＞＿＜）
I have to go with her, well I have to pay everything to her, there is no option except cheap place!!

West Europe is very hot in summer, Oceania is winter, South East asia is rainy season, flight ticket is expensive as big holiday in Japan at that time…what should I do…

How about Malaysia, Taiwan or South Korea??
Malaysia also rainy season, Taiwan is typhoon season, South Korea…is?

Come to think of it, I have never been to South Korea!
We can also take ferry!! Maybe ferry is cheap!!

I searched.
I searched many information…

But ferry was not so cheap…and if I go to South Korea, I wanna go many place as much as possible, Seoul, Jeju and Busan.
When I checked the flight ticket, it was not so different price from ferry!

But 11th Aug was no seat any more as big holiday.
Just 10th I could get 2 seats.
Maybe mom can take holiday from 10th…yes, probably.

Thus I bought flight ticket~!!

Jeju airline,
8/10 Osaka to Seoul
8/18 Jeju to Osaka
32,800yen(About 400USD) a each.

I guessed the flight ticket to South Korea will be around half price of it, but this time is big holiday,,,so I couldn’t find cheap one.（＞＿＜）
But not too bad though.

I also bought other flight ticket on Jeju airline from Busan to Jeju.
8/16 Busan to Jeju
81300w(About 75USD) a each.

The domestic Jeju airline’s website didn’t accept international credit card, so I called them directly.
They had Japanese language website and the operator also spoke Japanese, so it was easy 🙂
