Sue – My real name is Mariko Suzuki. “Sue” came from Suzuki, family name though, that’s not unusual that a nickname come from family name in Japan. Sometimes my friends used to call me as “Suzan” or “Maririn” as well. However, most of my friends call me as “Sue” now and I also like it 🙂
