Cooking in Thailand

In Thailand, we can eat foods around 100yen at street restaurant, not so many people cook in their home, even no kitchen in a house.

Actually, I stay Joe’s shop, of course there is no kitchen.
But I wanted cook something, so I made kitchen.

This is IH cooking heater.
There was no aluminum wall at first time.
I made it with aluminum film on cardboard.

This is the space for cutting.

Water server, some seasonings and kitchen stuffs.

Oil, soy source, sake, honey and others.

This is the kitchen.
There is rice cooker in left side, fridge in right side.

Chopping board, very small.

Well, new employee A cook something for us sometimes for lunch.
He cook Thai food.

Fried pork with vegetables.

Sour soup, Tom Yam Gai.

My favorite, with coconuts milk soup, Tom Khah Gai.

Fried morning glory with garlic.

Sticky noodle with vegetables.

Fried basil and chicken with sunny side up.

Sour, fried pork and vegetables.

Jelly noodle salad.

Fried basil and minced pork.

These foods are traditional Thai food, I have eaten somewhere in Thailand.
He cook well, yummy*

Incidentally, A eat breakfast and lunch at shop, so I cook breakfast usually.
Next turn is my dishes.

Thai style Sukiyaki.

Boiled Oatmeal soup with meat and vegetables.

Boiled rice with meat and vegetables.

Western style if we have a bread.
But bread from Makro is not so good, so I usually cook Sukiyaki or Boiled soups.

Then lunch or dinner.

Tomato soup.

Tomato source pasta, my favorite.

Hamburger with potato.

Okonomiyaki.

Teriyaki chicken.
We can buy the chicken piece just for 10B(about 0.40USD), I cook it many times.

Japanese curry and rice.

Oyakodon.
It’s easy to cook.

Fried vegetables and KFC style chicken.

One day, I tried to make Gyoza though, I couldn’t find Gyoza seat, so I tried to make it by myself.

It was first time to make Gyoza seat, I made big one.

Mixed ingredients.

I wrapped it up, I made 3 times bigger Gyoza than standard one(LOL)

It was yummy!

Still I had Gyoza seat, I cut it and fried.

Chips.

I cooked Guacamole, my favorite Mexican food.

A always took photo of those as he never tried it in Thailand(LOL)

Actually, I’m not good at cooking, but Joe always say yummy everything I cooked, Beer and Papa-chan also say “Open a restaurant!”, so I’m enjoying cooking now（＞▽＜）
