To Hat Yai

The boat got to Surat Thani at 5am.
I couldn’t sleep well even I used ear plug and eye mask, it was too narrow.
The engine sound so loud, I wonder how the other people slept.
Well we got on car from pier to travel agency.

We got on this van to Hat Yai at 6:30am.

It’s inside.
Too many big European people and baggages.
Sometimes local Thai people got on the car too…(LOL)

Then I got to Hat Yai at 10:30am~.

I headed to train station first.

I bought the train ticket for tomorrow evening, 4pm to Kuala Lumpur.
Sleeper Lower seat 518B(about 17USD)

I asked the bus to KL though, it was 650B.
I can lay down on the train and the fee is cheaper than bus, I prefer train*

I went to tourist information to get map and time table of train*
I looked for the time table in Internet but I couldn’t find latest one, so it’s good*

Then I started finding accomodation tonight.

I looked about 6 guesthouse and hotels…but there is no good guesthouse…even it’s expensive than the other city..!（＞＿＜）

There were just 3 guest house, the price is 400B~… but not good quality…

I looked Cathey guesthouse that is famous for backpacker but the bathroom was not good…even it was 240B room or 150B dormitory…

I looked some hotels about 600B, but not good quality.
There were not cheap and good accomodation in Hat Yai.

Then I found good hotel, the price was 1050B(about 35USD), it’s about 1 month foods or 5 days accomodation fee, expensive for backpacker.

But staff gave me discount to 980B, when I checked the room, I found the bath tub!!!!
Free wifi, 12F hightst room and good view, just 5 min to train station, ok I stay tonight here!!（＞▽＜）

Wow~,,, nice room~***
There is fridge and TV too, awesome~!!

I took bath first to relax, it’s amazing~***
It was good decision that I stayed here~!!!

I felt asleep about an hour, it was like heaven*

Then I went out for sightseeing.
There is just 1 sightseeing spot, temple in Hat Yai.

On the way to the temple, I found Japanese guy who had Japanese guide book, so I said “Konnichiwa~!”.
He surprised me very much as he didn’t expect he will meet any other Japanese in Hat Yai, so he took my picture(LOL).
I’m not sightseeing spot in Hat Yai though.

Well, I can know who is Japanese people at first sight usually.
Face, wearing or behavior.

I took his picture as exchange(?), then said good bye.
I even didn’t ask his name though.

Then headed to the temmple.
