To Ho Chi Minh

I woke up at 6:45, then prepared to go.
Yothea woke up for me, then took me to bus stop by bike*

Bus stop was Capitol guesthouse.
I took breakfast there.
Bread 6000R(about 1.50USD)
Lemon tea 2500R(about 0.70USD)

Yummy!

Yothea booked the ticket for me last night 10USD

I got on the bus to Ho Chi Minh~!
Bus left at 8am.
But inside bus was cold…

Sometimes, I saw such cars.

Well, bus take ferry to the other side of the river.

Before ferry, sells people come to car for selling foods.

Bus got on the ferry.

Wow, sells people also got on the ferry!(LOL)
So bus and the people went across the river together.

Acrossing the river~.

The bus got to the other side, and continue to drive.

Immigration of Viet Nam.

Then bus got to Ho Chi Minh at 4pm~.
It took 8 hours from Pnom Penh!

I went to Sinh Tourist to buy bus ticket.
But the bus price was double price from usual!?!?

Why~~!?!?

Because Chinese New Year will come, that’s why the price getting up.

Serious!?!?

I didn’t know Viet Nam people cerebrate Chinese New Year!!
(We Japanese don’t.)

Umm, it’s urgent.
I have to buy the bus tickets now, otherwise I can’t move!!

So I bought the tickets.
Ho Chi Minh – Nha Trang
Nha Trang – Hoi An
1241000D(about 62USD)

Usually, it’s 30USD, so expensive!!（＞＿＜）

But I have to!

Then I bought the next ticket.
Hoi An – Hue 154000D(about 8USD) It’s about 6USD usually.

I tried to buy Hue to Hanoi though, she said it’s fully booked until 6th Feb!?!?
No way~!!!!（＞＿＜）

She said the train also fully booked, so do I have to go to Hanoi from Hue by hitch-hiking!?!?
It’s about 15 hours by bus, maybe I can…though…

Anyway, I try plane.

Da Nang – Hanoi 55USD!! by jetstar!!

Ok, I buy it!
(Actually, it was 28USD when I checked the price 2 weeks ago, but I didn’t buy that..)

Then I bought Hue to Da Nang bus ticket, so I can to to Hanoi anyway~. Phew~..

Well then I called Jesus, couch host today.
He came to pick me up by motor bike though, I was so thirsty and starving..

Then headed to house.
Traffic is so crazy in Ho Chi Minh.

I’m tired~, starving~, thirsty~,,,, we took rest a little bit, then we went to dinner with his friend Chan.

Looks good!!
He took me to good restaurant to let me eat good foods!!
…but I felt bad…why..??
I didn’t feel I could eat those yummy foods…

I tried to eat that, but felt vomiting!!

I went to bathroom quickly, then I vomited and diarrhea like water…

I felt very sick…I said I can’t eat anymore, then just I drunk water.
I’m so sorry…

Jesus took me to pharmacy to buy some medicine.

The city looks fun but I couldn’t enjoy it as I felt dizzy..
When we got to a pharmacy, it closed!!
Jesuz took me other pharmacy again, then it opened!

I said about sick, they understood English.

They gave me 4 kind of medicine.
50000D(about 2.50USD)　So cheap!!

Anyway, I didn’t have a time to be happy, I wanted to go to bathroom soon.

I bought fruits before going back to home.
15000D(about 0.80USD)

I took the medicine, I went to bed quickly.
I felt fever a little bit…

After 3 hours I was on bed, I took fruits and took shower, then went to bed again.

I might have Dengue fever…?

Mosquite bite me in Phnom Penh…

Anyway, I take rest tomorrow…
