To Sandakan

I woke up at 5am for prepare.
I just slept 1.5hours, so sleepy..
I woke Fiona up at 5:30am, she took me to airport kindly.
I said thank and good bye to her.

I checked in AirAsia, then headed to terminal though, I headed to International terminal…
I showed my passport, then I noticed I should go to Domestic terminal.

Ummm, am I OK?? I need sleep.

Anyway, I took on the plane to Sandakan~.
I got to Sandakan at 7:40am.

I asked how I can go to Sepilok by public bus at tourist information.

Staff wrote the information for me.
Then headed to bus stop in front of the airport.

I was not sure the bus stop’s direction, so I asked to a woman about a direction to Sepilok.

She said she take me to correct bus stop with her kindly.
Because I had to change bus.
I didn’t know that.

Then I took same mini bus with her.
The kind person was Jin(36), and she asked me something.

“Where do you stay tonight?”
“I have not decided yet. I will go to Sepilok first anyway, then go to down town later to find guesthouse… Ah~, can I stay your home?”
“What? If you don’t mind sleep on the sofa in the living room, haha”

Serious!?!? Yatta-!!

Jin came back to Sandakan from New Zealand after 3 years for Chinese new year.
When I talked about Couch surfing, she said her sister do couch surfing by coincidence!!
Oh~!!! What a chance!!!!

I sent request 3 people to host me, but I couldn’t find host in Sandakan.
So I thought I stay at guesthouse.
But still I have a chance to stay someone’s house!! XD
Awesome!!

She took me to market first.

Her family have a restaurant and shop here.

I ordered food and coffee at Jin’s family’s restaurant.
Yummy! 😀

There were many customer, a Chinese couple started talking with me, so I thought they were Jin’s relative but just customer.
When they leave the table, they said they pay my food for me!!!!

They also gave me this snack for souvenir!
Wow, what a kind!
Thank you so much***

After lunch, she took me to her house, I put my baggage and washed my clothes.
She took me to restaurant again to pick her kids up, she took me for sightseeing by car!

We found the lizard when the car stop at round about.

We head to crocodile farm~!
There are many stature like this all over Sabah.

I could go enter by local price as I was with Jin*
It was first time to come crocodile farm, so huge!!
Heaviest one had 800kg!

I have no time to write long story, so I write short version from now.

Lunch.

Then we headed to Sepilok!

We ate pancake, 1.30RM(about 0.50USD)

I found “Japanese Home Centre”, so we entered it though, the shop sell 98% products “Made in China”, just I found few products “Made in Japan”..(lol)

When we came back to Jin’s house, wow, smoke!?!?
They spread insect killer!
Ummnm, I saw this situation at South Korea though,,, I think it’s not good for health..
