I love yogurt*
I eat yogurt and use it for face pack too.
So I will make yogurt more!
Natural yogurt – 2 tablespoons
Milk – 1L
Keep-warm pot or something
Put 2 tablespoons of yogurt to the pot.
Stir the yogurt by spoon to make it smooth.
Put 1L of milk to pan.
Heat the milk till 40~45 degree.
Put the milk to the pot.
This is milk and yogurt in the pot, already mixed naturally.
Close the lid, keep it a night, around 9~12 hours.
In the next morning, whole milk turned to yogurt!!
Put the yogurt to cup.
I made 2 cup of yogurt by 2 tablespoons of yogurt~!
Put the cup to fridge, then I eat it.
When I found the yogurt almost finish, I make yogurt by 2 table spoon of yogurt and 1L of milk again and again and again…
Yogurt is alive~!!
