Today, it’s beautiful weather, so we 5 people go to kayaking to Currumbin Beach!


We rented Kayak at this shop. Rent fee is 15$ a each.

Let’s go Kayaking~!!!

…ah~, I wanted take camera though, I left the camera in car as camera might get wet by water… so there is no photo
But it was great kayaking anyway!!!


Incidentally, we did kayaking at this river.

In an hour, we went back to home.


BBQ for lunch~***

We are tired by kayaking, so everyone take rest in this afternoon.
So I prepare “Tataki” for dinner!!

Usually, “Tataki” is made by beef, but Adam wanted to eat kangaroo’s Tataki.
I’m not sure but let’s try~!!!


Kangaroo’s meat from fridge, leave it on the table for 30min to make it room temperature.
Then put salt and pepper on it.


Burn meat for 3 min by strong fire.


The other side for 3 min too. Side too.


Preparation is done~!


After cool down, put this to the fridge.

Well, I go to shopping center to buy something…


Walk with seeing the river.

I found Target, so


I bought this SIM card, and 10$ charge.

My Vodafone’s SIM card will expire in 3 days…so I had to buy new one.
As I could choose 10$ for 10days valid by Optus.


I went to Optus shop then to activate.
But when I asked staff about help to activate, he just took me in front of phone and left me…
I came this shop as I need the shop staff’s help, but he didn’t do anything for me!!
Anyway, I tried it by myself by phone, but the English is too difficult for me, so I couldn’t activate…

I asked about helping to the other shop staff again.
Then he helped me to activate by computer now.
I think this is normal…what the first staff?? What is he working for??
Anyway, the second staff was very nice, so I could activate my new SIM card
When I came back home, it’s already past 5pm.
So I started cooking for dinner!!
Adam also helped me for cutting Tataki and vegetables

Hey! This is Japanese night again!!!

Kangaroo Tataki
Sauce for Tataki(Soy sauce, garlic, lemon juice, Mirin)
Vegetable fry with Miso(Beans, raddish, broccoli from fridge.)
Chawan-Mushi(Shrimp, Shitake)
Miso-soup(Shitake, Sea-weat, Tofu)

Woooow, I’m awesome!! XD

And of course the tastes were goooood!!!


After dinner, we watched movie “Zato-ichi”, Takeshi Kitano’s version.
This is first time to watch it though, it was great movie!!
I should watch more Japanese movie when I went back to Japan!!

I did Thai massage to Renee before go to bed.
